When we arruved we were ignored for at least 3 to 4 min while two tall male service associates shuffled paperwork around. No simple greeting or reassurance someone would be helping us what so ever. Ms. Ireland finished her customer and came over to greet us and assist us. She was helpful. She had our vehicle ready when promised and followed up quickly. We requested shuttle service and the hispanic driver directly told my husband he was not going to drive us that he would get someone else to do it..seriously? So here we are waiting for him to pawn us off to another employee who is a little unsure of what the hecknis going on. At the time of picking up the car again ignored while we wait for service personel to look up from their paperwork. Felt very unwelcomed and would not return. Overall very stale and blah experience. Thank you Ms Ireland for having the vehicle ready on time. Everyone else needs a lesson in basic customer service.
