I brought my car for oil change and my sterlng wheelis shaking when I ran over 65 mph last Sept 23, 2017. My advisor that time is Patrick Henry. After checking the problem he told me that the rear rotor is worn out and the brake pad. I told him if the rotor at rear my steering should not shaking and he told that the shaking will go away after resurfacing the rotor and changing the brake pad. I could not believe that. But he told my car will be okay. He calculate the price the resurface, brake pad and oil change the amount is $375.13. I said I trust you even I'm not agree as long my car will fixed. After more than 4 hrs. Patrick called and told it's done. So I pay my bill and left. Next day (Sunday) I drove my car in the freeway the problem GET WORST. I called Monday, Patrick told to come by but I was at work. I took a day off Tuesday and took my car to Metro Honda. My advisor is Gordon Jackson. I told him the problem and he could believe what the technician. He told they should check the front wheel instead. Anyway, because of my complain he spoke to his manager. He went back to me and he told they will fix the problem. They did but again the front rotor are worn out also. I told him that they told me yesterday that front rotor and brake pad are in good shape, now you telling me that are not. I don't understand that. Again after more than 4 hrs. I see my car park at the parking lot I rushed to Gordon and told him I see my car at the parking lot. He check the paperwork in his table and there is my paperwork. He did not let me know that car is done. He texplain to me that they resurface the rotor. I asked him if they change the brake pad and said NO. Why you did not change the brake pad he told you are paying the repair. I get upset, because if the rotor are worn out the brake pad are also bad he told they are fine. My questions are: What kind of customer service you have? Now I'm expecting my front brake will be worn in a few months. How can you convince to go back for service at this dealer? How can you convince me to buy Honda again? I leasedHonda Accord in May 2015 and purchased Honda Crosstour in April 2016. I received very very poor customer service.
