I got there at 10:00 for a 10:30 appointment and then had to wait until 11:00 to finally see a service rep. I asked if the shuttle could take me home to San Dimas and was told no it’s too far but it’s only 7 miles away. So I waited until past 1pm where my car was finally done.

Gordon was wonderful. He knows what he is doing. He was kind and thoughtful, and recommended what my car needed without being like a “salesman”. He was very professional in how he arranged repairs and having the mechanics check certain things, and letting me know when my car was ready. I hope I get to have him take care of things next maintenance visit!
