The vehicle wasn't ready as promised. I had to take it even though it was still making some noise in the engine. Patrick brushed of my concerns as if they were no big deal, belittling at times. I got a lot of "don't worry" and "I'll take care of it". Yet I had a few issues with timelines and having to call the warranty myself and even miss going to work because I had no rental after dropping off the car the first day. Not too happy. The vehicle should still be looked at for the noise it's making. John, young latino service rep., knows about this issue. I let him know the dayh I picked up the car. John was made aware of the vehicles problem and the Honda service bulletin that provided he fix. I handed him a copy. The service dept ignored this information (bulletin 17-032 dated 7/14/17) and replaced the battery. I told John this was not the answer and he rudely told me this was the fix. I was also told there was a recall on the vehicle but no parts were available.
I left the dealership, went to another, and had both problems fixed. I was treated with a friendly manner and offered a ride home while my car was serviced.

Dear Head Manager of Service Dept. I did not like the fact that another service rep could not check me out since the original one that checked me in was **** with two other customer. Also someone forgot to bring in the paperwork into the rep area to check me out and saw that my car had be service. Gordon performed satisfactoryly. Its your process that sticks and that is out of the representatives hands.
