The occurrence of vibration noise was incorrectly written and therefore was not found when tested. I wasted 3 hours waiting for the vehicle with no resolution.
More importantly, when the technician did not find the complaint, I should have been called to show the problem.
I was simply told, "No noise found as technician was unable to duplicate complaint." Was further told to come back to get the problem resolved.
If I come back, will the problem be resolved or is it another 3 hour wait?
This service was handled poorly by the advisor. He needs additional training in handling issues like this.
