Sandy is very professional and efficient, she thoroughly inspected my vehicle upon check-in. At check-out, she reviewed the maintenance that was performed on my vehicle, and called a technology specialist to go over some operations in my vehicle with me (I’m not to tech savvy). Lastly, she set up an appointment for me to drop my vehicle off for a paint job on one of my doors. Being a retired school teacher, I would give her an “A”, and an “Excellent” for effort. Good job!

There were issues throughout my experience. I was not satisfied. I had to take my vehicle despite hearing a few noises coming from the engine because there were no more techs at the time I picked up. Patrick was very condescending and belittling of concerns.
