Mr. King was great! Not only did answe all my questions, he kept me in the loop the entire process. For the first time I never had to call for information. Mr. King kept me informed and offered solutions for me the entire way. The only thing that could be improved with s the quality of the Honda careash. It is an exterior window clean and nothing more than that.

Gordon Jackson provided me with great service. Very pleased with how he handled everything. My issues is that I was told by Gil Lopez that there would be a car rental ready for when I dropped off my car. There wasn't a car rental ready and I was told if I wanted one I would have to wait till 9 am. I am a teacher, my work day starts at 730. I am extremely upset at how my case was handled in terms of there being no rental or loner car provided for me when I was told there would be. How would I have gotten to and from work if I didn't happen to have another car to use? My entire day was thrown completely off due to the fact that there was no rental car provided. I feel lied to, I don't feel valued as a customer and I feel regret over giving Metro Honda my business because so far, its been a terrible experience. Not only was I sold a car without functioning ac, but I was lied to by a manager. If I could do things over again, I wouldn't return to Metro Honda. I hope that this comment gets to the eyes of someone with a sense of what customer service should be and that the people responsible for this complete fiasco are held accountable.
