He went above and beyond to help me. Sadly, service on the car took 3 hours in which it’s excessive in my opinion. Despite the unusually long wait, he made it up by talking to his superiors in making the service free of charge due to the excessive wait. I am one happy customer and will be coming back soon when I need another service on my vechicle. Thank you Vance Wilcox for being an exceptional employee.

Mrs. Ireland went above and beyond to resolve the issue with my car. However I do have a bad taste about the mechanic that serviced my Honda Element.
This mechanic should not be working at any Dealer Company, he destroyed the hood Latch and left a small grase stain on the sealing. I hope that these review help up this Dealer to talk to all the Technicians.
In short, Mrs. Irland did provide an excellent service.
