Loved working with Henry. He was upbeat and professional.,,,and never even mentioned that I would have to complete a survey about him (usually I am reminded more than once about an upcoming survey and what they NEEDED to receive to be "happy!" Henry simply gave me excellent service and left the evaluation to me!

My wait time was an hour and a half longer than the estimated time. It would have been nice to be notified. I finally called about an hour after the car was suppose to be done and I couldn't get through by phone. I tried twice. I walked back to metro since I couldn't get the shuttle either. No one could figure out why the console beeps. And now my car says the "tire pressures low. Not so great today. Sorry.

This is my first time with metro Honda in Montclair. I love this place and the people here, especially Henry. The place looks very nice and the people are professional, helpful, and fast.
