Representative was pleasant & professional, however I noticed that my car was ready 20-30 minutes before I went to ask when it would be ready. I had an appointment and did not expect service to be over 3 hours. In addition as I was on my way home I noticed a dirty greasy hand print on my cloth center console! I attempted to remove it once I got home but did not full come out. I did take a picture as soon as I noticed it and can send to you.

I am very satisfied with the excellent service provided by Vance Wilcox. He is very helpful and polite. He is a great addition to your staff. My main issue is the length of time it took to service my car. Over 3.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotations etch. I don’t think I have that much time to spare for an oil change.

It was the first time that I have had my Honda serviced at Metro Honda. As I drove into the service area I saw John exiting another vehicle and requested help. John was very responsive to me, escorted me into the building, helped in regards to my appointment, service requested and other concerns about my vehicle. He took my information, explained the service requested, cost, approximately how long the service would take , where I could wait, he notified me upon completion and showed me where my car was parked .

This was my first time service at the dealer. The SA (Patrick) came to the vehicle in a great mood. Once I informed him I had a loaner setup, his mood changed. When it came to signing the paperwork for the loaner and the services I was not informed what I was signing. I was not informed of any policy for the loaner or any fuel levels when the vehicle was returned. I was only informed about the fuel level when I asked before leaving the dealership. When reading over the paperwork before I signed, I felt rushed. There was no eye contact. He was not engaged at all. I was given a complimentary service and provided the coupon. The SA took the coupon and at some point of the process it was lost. I felt like I was being blamed for the loss. He left and when he came back said nothing. I informed him I had the coupon in an email and it was then he informed me he had taken care of the issue. The only thing explained was the vehicle conditions. I never file or make complaints. Working in the customer service field I do expect more. After the service and the treatment I would not return to this dealership. I was very disappointed.
