Several month earlier I checked with your Maitn. Adviser of the coast of changing the oil on my New Honda I was told $35.00. When I came in Mr.Jackson recommended a $69.95. When I picked up my Car the paper floor mats were sitting on the driver seat the Maitn. tag was on my Dash witch is no biggeee. On the way home my Tire warning light came on. Thinking that I might have a flat Tire which was false.When Home I checked all the Tire pressure and they were the same as I aired them earlier. The Bill stated by the Mechanic he aired them 34 lb all away around which is wrong per Honda. That Alarmed me so I started checking around, all fluid levels were full as they should it`s a new Car so I checked all the Lug Nuts there were no marks on them from the impact socked they are brand new,so my conclusion they were not rotated. I learned a lesson here, find a new Honda Dealer to deal with and mark my tires so I can tell if they were rotated. My Bill/Invoice # 748576

I made an appointment for a oil change on Monday October 9th, the oil change took 41/2 hrs. Although my advisor Gordon Jackson was extremely helpful I was very disappointed in my service. After talking with a supervisor and getting no help or compensation I’m thinking twice about coming back. Not to mention my oil light is on and telling me I need service which means another trip to the dealership. I’m sorry to say big disappointment in my service and lack of customer satisfaction,not good with organization on this particular Monday.

I had issues with the vehicle that resulted in the starter and battery being replaced which I called ahead to inquire if it was covered under warranty and later it was overlooked and was going to be charged nearly $1000 for parts and labor until I had the other gentleman look into it again and I asked about the issue with the tow pin and he said it was not noted that it was looked at. Then I had to remind the advisor before letting me go back to my car when it was ready for pickup and he made it seem as the tech did Check and had no issue that it was error from the tow truck company not putting it on the car right. When I got home I tried it myself and I still have an issue with it installing properly. This is a factory issue

Your customer servise is very bad and do not do what I ask for repairs they would not do the repairs and say that every thing is right with the vehicle and because of thier carelessness. my car would breakdown 2 days later if your staff had done thier job right
I would not have to spend around a 1000 dollars this year only and next week I need to buy 4 new tires because of your untrained uneducated staff. I will call the manager and tell him about my experience. And good job if you keep it up you will have no customers left
