I was totally thrilled with this past service. I had to drop my vehicle off for some warranty repairs; and was told that it would take several days as it had to go out to the body shop. Two or three times I was notified by Sandy or one of her team members and given a status update on the repairs. I didn’t have to worry or wonder, all week I felt my vehicle was in good hands. When I received my vehicle, it was totally restored and looked like on the first day when I picked it up new. I couldn’t ask for more professionalism or craftsmanship than what Sandy, her team, and Metro Honda has demonstrated. Every individual involved in this repair is not only a credit to the Metro Organization, but to the Automobile Industry in general; helping to build good will to the public, taking pride in their craftsmanship and possessing an attitude of the Highest Excellence.
