My appointment was at 1 I got there at 12:40 they did not take me in until 10 after 1 no one even advised me what was going on except for the service manager then I had to wait over two and a half hours for an A1 service. Never several disgruntled people upset that they had been there all day I have driven in from Riverside for the last Almost 2 years for my service because I have always been treated right but I doubt I'll make that drive again which was compounded by having to drive home in the Friday night traffic since the service took so long

I asked for my tire to be checked for a leak and just a visual was done and my valve stem was not replaced. I asked that my car be washed and vaccumed and not only was it not done but there was a dusty foot print on my front passenger seat and greasy finger prints on my glove box.
