Gordon and Ezy were great! Kudos to their professionalism and customer service. I would advise the dealership to fix the suspension on their shuttle van. It was obviously in bad order. The shuttle van is a reflection on the dealership and should be maintained as such.

Gentleman told me it would take about an hour and a half
, in reality it took two hours, he encouraged a free car wash, little to find out that it was a horrible experience I ended up with scratches on my car and black like texture on my vehicle. I most definitely will not be back, he asked me what did I want him to do about it, with a very rude expression on his face

Overpriced and overcharged. Didn't even mention they werect able to wash my car until I was about to leave. Upsold me on maintenence I didn't even need. I question your integrity in pricing your labor. I will never return to metro Honda for any services.

My service advisor, Sandra Ireland, was exceptionall. However, the quality of the work was unacceptable. Initially we had the transmission replaced. A day after we picked up the car the windshield wipers would not work. The mechanic forgot to hook them back up. Two days after we picked up car for second time, the gears failed. The mechanic did not tighten the gears to transmission properly. I would suggest a quality guarantee inspection prior to customer getting the car back
