Gordon was such a sweet person! I loved talking to him, he made the experience so personable and easy. HE was polite, attentive, respectful and made me feel like a priority. He ensured that I got my car washed and directed me to the vacuums as well. He also ensured that I had someone drop me off at home so I wouldn't have to wait for so long and had someone come back to pick me up. I've never had a better experience at Honda before and I've gone to numerous dealerships for services but so far this has been the best one! Thank you
