I took my car in for a routine oil change. When they called me stating it was ready, I was unpleasantly given news that my coolant was leaking, and that my engine was dry. I was also told that it was leaking everywhere. I called caliber collision since they did the work on my car. And they told me that the coolant was low (not dry) and that the engine area was clean (they had done pressure test and came back with no leak). I am very upset that your technicians couldn’t or even recommend me to do something.
