This was a factory recall. Honda estimated 30 minutes repair time. It took you three hours. The shuttle van took almost an hour to pick me to go the mall. I couldn't get a timely ride back and had to make other arrangements. I will never go to your repair facility for my maintenance needs. Unacceptable service. And I don't care how many other customers were there. I had a safetyrecall and had no choice but to be there. No respect for me or my time

The only thing I would add is some kind of ticketing system when we are waiting to check in. It was frustrating as I was waiting and another customer came in after me but the advisor took the person because she happened to be in front of him.

My vehicle was taken by service department at the appointed time. My 2017 Civic was returned back to me and hour and fifteen minutes after a routine oil and tire rotation. While waiting outside the service area, I requested to test drive a new Civic by a lot attendant. When a salesman finally met me twenty minutes later, he appeared annoyed and impatient. I have purchased two Civics from Rock Honda the past two years, because of their professionalism. I will return to Metro for service for convenience, but will continue to conduct business with the Rock Honda dealership as a result of my experience with Metro.
