Service rep Vance was awesome. Very courteous and friendly. Only complaint is with the time waiting. 830 appointment and I left after 11am. Almost 3 hours and that is with an appointment. The past several visits have been 2 hours. My daughter took her car at the same time to another dealer and was home in an hour and a half for the same service.

Long wait to have provider process paperwork. One person in front of me but when providers came out they took two people that came after me. Told kid and he said that shouldn’t have happened and took me inside to wait. He didn’t tell anyone what had happened. Vance was passing to go process another car and I stopped him and told him that I have been waiting. He asked where my car was and I said someone already took it back. He said that that shouldn’t have happened... You guys need to have better communication w the guys outside.

Christopher Koenig was polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I asked him for a service coupon to get a better deal. He gladly applied the discount towards my service charges. I will definitely come back & refer you to my family & friends.
The only thing was the wait took longer than expected but I understand it’s a busy day because it was the day after Thanksgiving. The good thing was Christopher Koenig arranged our shuttle service to and from Costco nearby to lessen my kids boredom. He also gave me a free car wash coupon because of the long wait. I might not be able to use it because I don’t live nearby but I sincerely appreciate it. Mr Koenig is a good employee with an excellent customer Service skills.

Technician failed to remedy random crackling in speakers. I was quoted one price for service and signed the estimate. I later received a phone call from Gordon indicating that this quote was wrong and I was asked to pay an additional $100 or so.
