I was told that the servicing on my car would take a few hours. My car was dropped off at 8 am and I never received any call it was ready. I had to call in at 4:30 pm and ask the status on my car. The man who checked me in that morning never mentioned his name so when I called in I couldn't be assisted right away because I didn't know who helped me. After waiting on hold for him to come to the line, he calls me from another line telling me my car was ready. Never mentioning the long wait or my other call on hold. When I picked up my car they hadn't even washed it like he offered. Thankfully, two other gentlemen ( one checked me in that evening and another young man who got my car) helped me when I picked up my car later that evening, even quickly washing it for me.
