I took my Pilot in for its routine A13 service and also for a clanking noise from the front left wheel when naking sharp right turns, I was told that noise was from my steering column and that it would run me 260.00, so I had them do the service only to find out that the noise is still there, so in actuality, you guys recommended a service that did not solve my issue, costing me an unnecessary expense of $260.00, I purchased my vehicle here at this dealer and have always taken it here for service being you guys are the experts, however after this last service I am contemplating never to return to you guys for anything, if you take a look at the work history for my vehicle you will see that I have only serviced my vehicle with your dealer paying up to over $2000.00 for other services, I will definitely make note and pass the word around that unnecessary repairs are being recommended at this dealership.
