Horrible waited 2 and a half hours..and to top it off the agent stuck a key in my control remote that does NOT come off..i feel like if i pull it off it will break my control..VERY dissatisfied..showed no concern for the car issues that i mentioned..informed him my car has literally shut down on me completely while driving..he didnt show anytype of empotion he disregarded what i told him didnt even offer to have maintenance check the issue out..havent given you guys a bad review only because i have not had the time but i will definitely do it when available.

My service was exceptional, took my vehicle to get a battery replacement and henry was extremely helpful and polite. However, I took my girlfriends vehicle on 11/4/17 for the exact same issue(battery problems) and yhis time aroubd was not very helpful, he adviced us that her vehicle was out of warranty, vehicle has 37,435. I explained to Henry that she experienced the same issues I experienced with my vehicle which was still under warranty(30k) miles. And that We saw a pattern with faulty batteries. Henry was not polite and explained to us that there was nothing that could be done. Henry’s attitude was short and not polite. I asked if there was anything that could be done to prorate the battery since that issue with the battery started after the battery sensor had been “fixed” he told me nothing could be done and the issues were totally unrelated.
