Gorden was great, up to the moment when my car was ready and he was no where to be found- he was out test driving a car with a costumer. Which is great for that person, but it took and extra 25 min to get my car after it was done....so over all it took an hour and 25 min. to replace the battery. Oh and my name is Carolyn not Joyce.
