I made an appointment for the service and my vehicle was the first taken back fir the day. Oil change routine and a silver detail was what we requested. Drop off at 7 am estimated done at 10am. I called at 1012 and was told if I have not gotten a call its not done and did 9 still want to speak to a service rep. I said yes and I told that she would have the rep call me back . I never got the call. I called back 1 hour and 20 minutes later,thinking maybe he was on lunch and I can be patient. I was put on hold 3 times over 20 minutes as the phone qould ring back to other reps that just put me back on hold.when I finally spoke to my rep he didnt know which car was mine and had to go check on it. Now we are 2 hours past my expected vehicle return time with no answers. I get a call back 30 mins later says your cars ready come and get it. Ummm I need a shuttle please you have our only vehicle at the moment . my work truck is in the shop. I was put onthe shuttle must and the shuttle arrived 45 mins later. Upon arr9ving at the dealership my wife and I do to our reps desk and wait for him. The other service reps ask if we need help and they say they dont know where our rep is. He arrives after a shirt wait and looks at us as is he has never seen me before and asks if I need anything, in almost an annoyed tone. By this point I had enough and said yes my van I left with you at 7 am for oil and a wash.I was read a check list about my vehicle so fast I couldn't understand what I was being told.I was quickly walked to my van and thanked. We didnt even get a chance not dide feel welcone to inspect our vehicle. This morning in the sunlight we see streaks all over our qindows, dirt and trash in the console and no attempt what so ever to vacume the trunk space. We hace dogs and we k ow that the trunk will never be perfect again, but there was an obvious lack of any attempt to vacuum the area. I hate having to give this feedback as I have always enjoyed our experiences at the dealership in the past.

Yes Iam fully satisfied in my recent service experience with Mr. Vance Wilcox. He is very courteous and very friendly in treating his customer. He is helpful and he discuss to me one by one the item that was done on my car.He told me on my next visit one item should be change that was the wiper blade.
