Excellent customer service from Henry. Friendly, efficient, and delivered on time. Haven't been to the new service area. I came for the airbag replacement and he said he'd have them finished before the night was out and I could pick it up in the morning first thing. This was ahead of the time frame given over the phone. My car was washed and ready to go as promised. I found it comforting but humorous that when I set the appointment the person on the phone offered to have a tow truck bring my car in. She was concerned because my model (Fit) had the defective airbags on the drivers side and they could harm me. I've driven around with them for 9 years, another day didn't seem out of the question!!

I had an appt set for 7:30am. I was given permission to pick up my vehicle after 5pm. What's the point of assigning an early time slot if it took all day just to tell me the ability to set my drivers chair required a switch which you did not have in stock. Further, Vance quoted me the price to purchase and order this part in the amount of $350, then later told me the price quoted included labor. I had the impression the amount was the cost of the part. The excuse given as to the reason my car was not ready timely was because he wasn't sure if I wanted metro honda to put the part on and sssumed that maybe I would leave the car over night. Because as he indicated "some people do that you know". For this reason my the service rendered was disappointing.
