They assured me the car would be washed. It wasn’t, with no apologies. When I asked if they could he said no one was around to do it. Only after I complained did he then offer to give me the code fir the drive through car wash, like he was doing me a big favor. The car has spots now since it wasn’t dried. They had my car fir 5 hours. Terrible service since I had to come in there due to product recall which was a huge inconvenience for me.

I was originally told me car was going to be ready at 4:30 pm and i was out of there about 6 pm. I was offered a car wash and I didn’t get my car washed. Instead i got a little card with a code to take it myself to the car wash l. The person helping is rude and his customer service is no good. Besides of seeing how they talk down to the other employees made me feel uncomfortable. I have been taking my car here for a while now. I will never go back.
