I took my car for an oil change battery “tested good” I went to put gas maybe 20 minutes away when I started my car again battery was dead. I got a jump and drive around some more to hopefully charge it and after I grabbed a quick breakfast dead again. I had to get a AAA membership and someone came out to test the battery and it tested bad. How can honda say they did one thing and within 20 minutes the battery is dead. My experience gets better paper work shows my tires are good I went to American tires to have them rotated and the tread is not good and recommended I get tires soon. Horrible visit will be making a comment online also. If honda doesn’t have the right equipment or if the techs aren’t properly trained they should not be working on cars. Also when I called to talk to my rep about the battery I feel he should’ve offered service to have my car jumped after all I did just spend money on service for my car. Or at least get a manager involved to see how they can make my experience a little better. I have been going to this dealership to buy cars as well as for ALL my oil changes, unfortunately i am going to have to rethink visits and go to a different dealership.
