The 15 minutes that I had to wait for my car after I was told to pick it up an hour prior to that waa ridiculous. I saw that it was common practice because a gentleman who had been waiting on a courtesy ride prior to my arrival didn't leave until 3 minutes before I did. They smile and rush to get you in but that certainly don't do that to get you out.
