Had a appointment at 815am and I dropped off. My car 810 my Car wasn't ready until 11am and did not get washed even though I was told my car would be washed. This is know the second time This happens.

Services provided by Justin was great. The only thing I would like to see different in my next visit is the wait time specially when you have scheduled an appointment I still had to wait for four hours to get your car back. Other then that great customer service. Thank you

I would like a refund for my service. I went in for an oil change and they also "checked" my tires but only made things worse. I went in because I needed my oil change and then they told me I needed something done on my tires so I agreed to do that because of course I want my car to be in perfect shape. I payed extra to get all that done. When I first went to the dealership there was a huge line and I was there for over 2 hrs. My car was finally ready and I left the dealership. As soon as I left and was on my way home I had to go back because the tire pressure light on the dashboard lit up, which first of all wasn't even on when I took my car for a maintenance and I had paid to get my tire pressure checked. As soon as I went back they checked my tire pressure which was at a 25 when it was supposed to be at 32 (I believe) the manager was out there and wanted me to get that checked but I told him I was supposed to get that done he looked at the paper work and went inside to talk to the guy who worked on my car. When he came back out he told me that the technician let him know he didn't even check the tires or anything because there was a huge line and they were busy. I understand it's busy at the moment but that's not a reason to not do his job and not do what a customer is paying for! It's not fair to a loyal customer to pretty much get ripped off because they're busy! I expected to get my car fixed and good to go but what I payed for wasn't done and I had to go back to get something else repaired. I've been coming to this dealership for every maintenance I've gotten but today's experience was just horrible! I even got an appointment and didn't get in there until 30 mins later and waited a really long time andon top of that had to go back because they didn't do their job right! I'm very unhappy with their service! They really need to make sure they do what the customer is paying for! I'm sure they've gotten away with things like this in the past without us customers knowing! The manager that helped me at the end was nice enough to give me a complimentary oil change for next time but I'm really debating going back there! This was the worst service I've ever gotten and this could've affected my safety as well.

Sandy is always excellent. My only issue was the detailer forgot to do the engine area so I had to bring it back another day. That's very inconvenient considering it was the dealerships error, yet it cost me.
