My appointment was at 10:30am and when I arrived I waited for a decent amount of time to get approached. I wasn’t given a paper, but to just stand by my car and someone would come and call me. But I was never called up and finally went up to the advisor desk and Gordon helped me when it was 11:30am. He was very polite and nice. Then when I picked up my car, they had told me someone was getting my car, but I saw my car parked. I stood waiting for another 30 minutes waiting hoping someone would hand me my keys. I went inside and saw my keys still hanging on the wall. They never got my car and when I approached another advisor he said someone must’ve of pulled it up and parked it. But that was a lie because as I was standing there for 30 minutes waiting, I saw my car in plain view. If it wasn’t for the the shuttle and Gordon being so great, I probably wouldn’t recommend this location.
