Thank you for the great service. One improvement is the shuttle . I waited 45 minutes before I called for an update and the was told I would still have to wait for a ride to pick me up. Saturday is super busy and they need to have more drivers.

Take odyssey to check about sliding door that make such a loud noice EVERYDAY!! But when they check they said it might be duplicated and couldn’t find the problem. We left car for 2 days but not get fix!! And when I take car back. It make the same problem again. Such a wasted time and money!!

Service was OK,but very disapointed in quality of this Civic. This was the fourth factory quality issue. Two were fixed via a recall but two have cost me close to $1000. Both were problems caused by improperly sized parts and I don't think I should have had to pay for Honda's incompetence in quality control regardless of how old the vehicle. We were considering purchasing a new CRV but have decided against it.
