The gentleman that first greeted me was great, he took my keys and had a nice conversation with me. But when it came down to the person who was getting down my information, Justin Moore; phone number, type of service I requested, he was very rude. I made my husband go pick up my car because I was not happy. I never have a bad experience at Honda, you guys are very polite and welcoming, but this time I was upset with my visit.
