We have been coming to Metro Honda for many years and to date have been very satisfied with the service. Since first being assisted by Joseph King, we have continued to ask for him to guide us through the service day. He has always done a fine job. However, when asked to fill out on line survey forms provided by three or more different organizations, I usually do not wish to take the time to register, sign in, provide a password, then try to remember where I put it, and all complete all the other requirements they have.

I was not expecting my wait to be as long as it was. I ended up cancelling part of my service because I couldn't wait anymore. I was there for over 2 1/2 hours for just an oil change.

Thank you, but I don't wish to be contacted. I just wanted to comment on the poor customer service your team demonstrates. It was our first time taking in our Honda and the staff member who tended to us was not quick to approach our vehicle. I jokingly asked about coffee and he responded like a robot letting me know once my paperwork was processed, I'd be able to sit in the lobby. Perhaps it was the rain. Anyway, I could look past that, but the man who processed our order was the true disappointment in this experience. We stood in his line expecting an acknowledgement letting us know he'd be with us in a few, but instead he ignored us while shuffling paperwork. After an awkward wait, he finally stopped ignoring us, he didn't even say hello, nor apologize for the wait. He went straight to reviewing the papers and pretty much made us feel like our presence disturbed him. We felt like a bother. He told us the wait would be about 3 hours, which prevented us from doing other services to the car. We decided on an oil change only. Then with contempt in his voice, said it would be 2 hours. It turned out to be less than one hour. Personalities like that don't belong in front of the customer. I'm sure he's a good man and a talented individual, and maybe he really didn't like something about us. Your team should review your mission statement. Shame on management, especially the department manager.

I wasn't satisfied at all! I have gone to you guys around 80,000 miles then again around 90,000 miles because my car was messing up. They said I was low on oil so I needed to do an oil consumption test. I did one BOTH times and they said they came back clean. I go in today 1/8/18 to find out why my check engine light was blinking and they told me AGAIN that I'm burning oil and it wouldn't matter if I did an oil consumption test because I'm out of warranty (milage around 109,000) they said they topped me off with oil and I should just watch it and make sure it doesn't get low again. I would need to do this on consumption text THREE TIMES to get an accurate reading. NEVER ONCE was I told that by anyone else. If they did tell me that, it would be in my notes on the paperwork to come back two more times Consecutively!!! 1. Did they fix the problem? NO 2. Was my check engine light still blinking? Yes 3. Is it drivable? NO but I had to take it off the lot. They said I would need a $4,000 piston replacement? I looked up everything my car was doing and not ONE ( out of many articles) started that it had anything to do with my Pistons. I called corporate and they told me that it's their word against mine and I should seek outside counsel. I asked them are you telling me I should get a lawyer and sew you and he said yes pretty much. What the heck is wrong with Honda? I've never been so disappointed!!! I have 4 kids and I can't drive a car that goes 25 miles an hour with a blinking check engine light that wasn't fixed by Metro Honda. How am I suppose to feel safe in this car for me and my family??? Is this how you handle long time customers?
