I waited for my car after making an appointment. I was told it would be about 1 and a half hours. After waiting 3hours I asked Sandy Ireland what was going on with my car. She said it should have been done a while ago. She called but got no answer. She went to the back. When she came back, she apologized and said she misunderstood that I was going to wait so he was just now starting on my recall . I told her I wasn’t there for a recall, just check of my brakes she then realized she didn’t know who I was. She went back to the service department, and came back saying my car was just finished, and going to be washed . I told her forget the wash, I was tired of waiting and wanted to leave.
