I am usually satisfied with the service from Metro Honda but today I wasn't. The molding above the front passenger door needed to be replaced. John **** said the replacement part was in stock and it would take about 2 hours to replace. Well 2 hours and 15 minutes later John **** notified me that the replacement part was defective and that I would need to return a different day. I wish the defective part would have been discovered earlier in the service so that I wouldn't have had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours and 15 minutes.

It took three hours for a oil change & tire rotation. I was also promised a car wash did not get one. I noticed a employee that checks in the vehicles being a little to rough with doors wiper blades buttons in side my car. Customer service was good. Very polite but the little things are Disappointing
