I had my wife drop me off to pick up my car while she returned the rental and I was made to wait over an hour until she could get back with the invoice from the rental place. Literally my car wasn’t pulled up ahead of time I couldn’t pay my bill until you got your rental invoice. As usual my car is dirty showing oily finger prints on the dash where the inflators and fan motor were replaced. Think of it like this, if your toilet overflowed and you called a plumber would you expect him to track crap all over your house and leave it that way? I think not. This is the third time my car is dirtier than I left it. It takes 2 min to leave no traces. On a technical note it is incredibly difficult to communicate with your advisors, to no fault of theirs. You need to use modern technology to make everyone’s job easier. Get an app created. I somehow can see that lisa has started making my pizza at domino’s but I can’t see that

Justin Moore did not represent your dealership well. First, he stated that the alarm that came with the car caused the problem. He had to keep the car for 2-3 days and then discovered that the door switch was bad. Metro had to order the part. I was quoted 5-7 days and it took 10-15 days. Once I brought in the car, John called stating the original part is now working fine. So I wasted 2-3 weeks waiting on a part I did not need. Just to be, this is not a bad reflection on John but on Justin and the tech who originally diagnosed the problem
