My car was at 20% oil life when I brought it in. The oil change was not done. It is still at 20%. Not satisfied with the service. I live in Colton. I would have to make another trip to get that done.

Patrick was wonderful. He was willing, knowledgeable and extremely dedicated to help solve the horrible service I had received from everyone else regarding the break job that was done on my Honda Accord. I had to bring my car back to the dealership at least 4 times because the breaks were making a dragging noise when stopping. No one would listen to me. Just kept telling me there was nothing wrong with the breaks. Then Patrick steps in and made things happen. He even made it possible for a loaner car. Finally my breaks are fixed. I usually am very happy. I thought it was a little sloppy to leave the steering wheel replacement wrapped, leave plastic sheeting and the paper floor cover in my vehicle. I’m still very happy with the work, but I thought you needed to at least hear this. Also, ususllly the vehicle is cleaned and mine was not.

I was a waiter for a oil change, when my car was done nobody let me know. I happen to look out side to see my car parked in a spot and not pulled up. I went to tell the service writer and he seemed not interested in helping me pay to leave. When I went to my car it still had all the plastic on the chair and the paper mat was still there. I checked the oil and it was ok but there was spilled oil in the engine compartment. Definitely not happy about my visit. I will not return.
