Sandra never called me to let me know that my car was done. I called at 6pm and nobody answered in the service department. The receptionist had to walk over and help me herself. My car WAS done. I got to the dealer at 6pm. Sandra had already gone home. The two service people that were there acted like I was bothering them. I have always had good service in the past but I was very disapppointed today. Is there any other Honda dealer that I could go to for service in the future?

It is a very unpleasant experience when I took my car for service last Saturday. We're told it would take 2 hours and less for the service so we chose to wait there. After two hours when we checked with the representative the status, we were told it would be another 30 minutes. After all the paperwork were done, we were told to wait outside again and my car was not ready at the parking lot. When we finally got our car, it's been three hours, which is okay since we're told there're lots of cars there waiting. But that's what an appointment is for, to reduce the unnecessary wait time. When I started my car, I saw the sign "A 12" was still flashing. I was wondering if there's any service provided. And I tried to find the representative.... I was told that the service was done but they forgot to reset the car. And the mechanic came to reset my car in front of us. Later the manager talked to us and promised that service was completed. We go to the dealer for service and willing to pay higher because we trust the dealership, but I don't think it meets my expectation, at least this time I was very disappointed. I don't feel confident about going back to that dealership for future service.

Our tire pressure light was on and we needed an oil change. To try and reset the light because the tire pressure was correct, I unplugged the battery. Them all of the lights came on and wouldn't go out. Our sale rep told us the best way was to pay the upsale price of $115. I didn't feel we should have to pay for an issue that shouldn't has e happened in the first place. When it was all said and done we left the dealer, with no warning lights on, and before we got home the air pressure light came back on. I feel that all that was done is unplugging the battery and wait for the system to reset itself. So frustrating. So we paid $115 for am oil change. Not happy.

I feel that my writer was a little standoffish kinda felt like I was bothering him. He seemed bothered to answer questions I had regarding coupons. I would not want him to write up service for me again

John was great. I returned his first call at around 830am. Unfortunately he went home ill. I was never able to contact anyone in service til around 230pm despite me calling and leaving several messages. Very, very unhappy. Not only did this make me late to my appointment that day but it caused alot of undue stress. Unfortunately one can't expect better than lousy these days. When i am ready to buy another vehicle i will surely not buy from Metro, not to mention i will think twice about Honda.
