Justin was very nice. My disappointment is that I’m a LOYAL customer- my car comes here all the time - and 1) I neither received the code for the complimentary wash nor was asked if I wanted it and my car wasn’t washed (It was there all day) and 2) I asked about service discounts and was told that they were included in my final charges when, in fact, my bill did not reflect the discount. I got the coolant service and on the website, it says the special is 89 bucks (89.99, I believe), but my invoice says I was charged $100.21. Would have been nice to have received the discount or at least not be told that it was applied when it wasn’t.

I have been with Metro since the 1980’s. Worst service ever. None of my issues were seriously addressed nor were my inputs given even superficial consideration. All that money spent on buildings and glitter at the expense of adequate staffing. Bought two cars with you guys last year. Never again.

I’ve come three times to get my car serviced. The first times were a pleasant experience, this time I am disappointed with the service, i was told my car needed two different types of service. When I asked what the difference between both services ( since I am not familiar with anything that has to do with vehicles) was I was told “ the price” . I had more questions because my car needs a few new things, but I did not feel comfortable asking. I was later called to say that I needed a new battery for my car, I wanted to check if my battery I previously bought had a warranty before I purchased the 200 new battery. I said I would call back and didn’t get an answer. Later received a text saying my car was ready for pick up, I got to the dealership and waited for the service agent that helped me originally and did not get a greeting or anything. There was another service agent that offered to help me, I told him I was waiting for Patrick. Patrick looked up and said my car wasn’t ready , without asking for my name or information. I explained to the service agent that offered me help I had gotten a text saying my car was ready and he asked Patrick for my paperwork and closed my ticket out without hesitation. I will not be returning to this location, I’ve heard plenty of complaints about the service here from friends.

Dealing w mr King was not a good experience . He rush me through the whole transaction . I asked about paperwork I received and he was not able to explain my doubts or concerns in regards to my recall call . He told me I need a rite back when I have been a customer of Honda for years and shuffle service is complimentary . I have been to Eock Honda many different times and their service is excellent . I should have to compare but me King gave me hard time in explaining simple paperwork . Had an attitude the whole time and when I asked to get a right back Robert provided me with time options in a professional manner . At the time of picking my car I asked Me King to explained me what I needed to bring to dmv and he just pointed at paperwork and did not even took the time to explain what I was asking , his energy was strong and w attitude . He needs to be more friendly and stop risking people
