Time consuming. Mark took over and was helpful. Had to miss a day of work for a bandaid to be placed on the car instead of fixing it. I'm saddened that it had to be the way it is. Customer service isn't what was poor, it was the lack of fixing the problem thay I have the issue with.

Though I was satisfied with the service, I wasn’t too please that the dealership didn’t wash the car for me... instead you provided me with an express self-wash code to do the wash myself. I hope this is an area where the Dealerships management team can invest in and match some of your other SoCal Honda dealers. Other than that, thanks for the service.
