I am actually a little concerned about the service. I took it in for the B13. As I was paying I was told that everything was fine and that the vehicle was in good condition after they did the work and inspected it. I started my vehicle and noticed a really awful noise as I accelerated, I decided to drive it for a few minutes and had my vehicle for approximately 10 minutes to vacuum it at the car wash area. As I left that area the noise was still occurring. I took it back and another associate asked if I needed assistance, he had some of the service technicians come to look at the vehicle. There were 3 service technicians there, and Gordon. They listened to the noise, now this is not a normal sound, I have never heard this sound. I did not bring it in with this sound as a concern for repair. They began telling me that it was possibly the power steering and that something would need to be replaced. Now as I am not a mechanic I am not familiar with the process however, I had a difficult time understanding that if I needed to have something replaced that this would not have been mentioned to me before I picked my vehicle up, or that I would not have been told that my vehicle was I good condition. Angel came to look at it & said that there was break fluid on the belt but that it may eventually need to be replaced. I did not hear it after he cleaned the fluid off. I drove a very short distance and had my car parked for about an hour or so, then I started it a little bit ago and the noise was back and very loud. I don't feel safe driving my vehicle and I'm confused that it was signed off as ok for me to drive then I was told that it would need to have more work done and that this noise was not noticed by anyone but myself as I drove it after picking it up. I was also told that this can happen, I just find it a little hard to understand that this noise did not exist before I took it in and it just so happens to start when I pick it up. I now feel like I will have to make sure to re arrange my Sunday as I don't feel safe driving it and Monday to make sure that this is resolved.

I was very satisfied with today’s service my car was fixed in a timely manor, Vance was very helpful. Also the young woman the helped reprogram our phones with the new audio that was replaced was so informative and extremely knowledgeable and patient while explaining all the functions to us since our purchase.

My experience with Patrick was great. When I showed up to service department, one guy said to wait in my car and no one came to me after that. Patrick noticed I was waiting and no one was helping me. So he did. However one minor service took 2.5 hours, I waited and no one called me to get my car. When I finally went outside I saw that my care was ready but no one got my paperwork ready or called me to get my car. Patrick once again helped me. I appreciate him. The other customers were also waiting for long periods of time even though their cars were ready. The other employees there were not calling the customers for their cars. Patrick had to remind them to pay attention and not have customers waiting. I overheard this conversation as I was very close by.
