I HAVE NOT BEEN IN TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICED AS I GO TO METRO EXPRESS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE USED TO BE EXCELLENT YEARS AGO. I WAS NOT HAPPY AND FRUSTRATED WITH THE SERVICE. IT TOOK 2 TRIPS TO FIX MY CAR AND COMMUNICATION WAS BAD. I ALSO HEARD OTHER CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING.

The first time I went there the service provider I was waiting for my vehicle and he didn’t even call me to see to tell me that my vehicle is ready the only reason he saw me was because he went to go buy a waterI was there for 3 1/2 hours second time they had assumed that they have figured out the problem and he still couldn’t fix it I was there for five hours

The oil life meter was not reset after oil change. I am not sure if oil change was performed. The service advisor is not responsive as I have been calling for the past 3 hours with no response. The diagnosis performed was not sure if it is accurate as my car is service very late. Initially I was told that my car need to leave overnight because they cannot find the root cause. An hour later, the root cause was found, I find it very hard to believe. Anyway, I was not happy with the service.

Israel Granados was my service advisor on 4/30/21 for my B1 service for my 2001 Honda Civic. He was very helpful, giving me specific information on the results of the multi-point inspection. As a result, I called back within a few days to schedule the front brakes to be replaced, as they were in the danger zone. Both service appointments with Israel were completely satisfactory.
