I’m satisfied with the service that I was provided today, the service advisor was very professional, my only concern is with the original tires on my vehicle. I’ve owned other Honda vehicles and none of the tires on any of them had lasted only 34k miles. Was I given used tires? I checked around the lot and I didn’t see the same brand of tires on other CR V.

I am usually in and out in an hour or less with an appointment. Todays service A12 took over 2 hours almost 2.5 hours with an appointment. Unfortunately this is unacceptable to me. I always return to this dealership for service because of the quick turn around time for regular service and the friendly service advisors. Today the advisor was excellent but the turnaround time was not.

The representative who helped me with my appointment was actually very helpful and nice however, One of the reasons that I came in is because the side plastic piece of the driver side popped out where you adjust the seat and when they assessed it, the technician noted that there was “third-party wiring” on the seat however this is not the case because this was purchased brand new from the Pasadena Honda dealership and the car only has 16,000 miles on it and it’s only ever been serviced a a Honda dealer for an oil change. Then when the manager came out to look at it he told me that the clip is aftermarket but how is this possible whenever I purchased this vehicle brand new from Honda. I was quoted about $250 to replace the side plastic piece and I was very dissatisfied with this because they’re telling me that the car is been serviced before and that there is third-party wiring. It was very frustrating for me because the car was bought brand new and never been serviced except oil oil change at the Honda dealership.
