My Service Advisor was fine. However, the mechanic who replaced my recalled fuel pump, must not have been wearing gloves because the inside of my CRV smelled like gasoline. It has been 3 days, and the smell of gasoline still resonate in the cab. I am extremely disappointed.

The service was process within the two hours quoted, I had an appointment at 10am I was not process till 10:55 waiting in line while another line was moving faster. Five cars was process before I was help, after I arrive for my appointment. The service advisor did not review my service till I started asking about the service.

You should check in as drivers come in drive way. Than let them get comfortable in lounge and call as they came in. On name of COVID-19 you should not take away coffee and water completely. If you still able to sell what’s difference.
