It was 12 noon when someone approached me and I was told that my vehicle work would take approximately 5 hours
So I called an UBER and waited for the phone call about 5.30 I texted Alejandro inquiring about my vehicle it had been 5 and 1 half hours since I left the service department.
. I got no reply so I called the service department phone number and it rang for exactly 49 times it seems to me that someone should have answered the phone....came closing time and I never got a call back...........so had to make arrangements for alternate transportation.....I can't believe that nobody took the time to inform me that I wouldn't have my car back that night as I was promised the next day I expected Honda to contact me but nobody did
I tried calling and after 23 rings someone answered the phone and I asked about my vehicle and I was told that it was ready........I don't think I have to explain to whom it may concern that I was extremely disappointed in Honda service.......

Called to make appointment for an oil change, was told by a service writer (not John) that we did not need appt. We arrived at 8:44am and it took 2 hours to get our car back. This is why we tried to make an appt. it should not take that long on a Wednesday morning for a simple oil change.

I had an appointment at 2:15pm for a standard oil change. My car was not ready for almost 3 hours. When I entered the facility I was told to wait at the door and someone would assist me. I waited at the door for 15 minutes before the person at the first computer finally asked me if I needed help. I told her I was picking up my car and I already paid for the service. She looked at my paperwork and said oh your “helper” (not sure formal name) is just right there, just walk up. 5 other people behind me stood there also waiting and were never greeted or contacted. The customer service lacked and the point of having an appointment is to be serviced first, the experience felt like a first come first serve basis.
