I am very disappointed with Metro Honda. I had an 11 appt. Checkin didnt happen until 11:25. Told it would be 90 minutes for a B12. Waited for over 2 hours. Then rep came and said car almost done but brakes needed work. So another hour. Tried to talk to supervisor before leaving. I guess too busy. On top of it all your guest internet didnt work so couldn't get any work done. And really crappy food in machine. Was there over 3.5 hours for an oil change. If you are going to take appts they should mean something. I have been coming there for years. Will find a different place if this not addressed.

I had an appointment for an oil change.Someone pulled up in the lane next to me and told the service person she did NOT have an appointment. I waited 20 minutes in my car while the NON APPOINTMENT person was taken ahead of me! When I was at the service desk getting my paperwork done he told me it would take 3 hours.I asked the service person I have an issue with my audio/navigation screen goes black while driving and I have to pull over turn off the car to reset it. It usually happens while in the freeway. All he did was give me a website to look it up MYSELF! Then - I stated I requested the shuttle when making my appt. He pointed to a notebook and said you have to put your name on the list. After waiting over 30 minutes the lady with NO APPOINTMENT who had two adults a baby and huge stroller with her got the shuttle BEFORE ME! Due to the fact she was taken care of before me- she got her name on the list before me. Due to COVID only one family at a time so I would have to wait until the shuttle came back. I call someone to pick me up and was home within minutes. As soon as I walked into the house I received a text my car was done. It only took 1 hour! For that I would of waited! So my ride took me back. I could of gone to jiffy lube for that treatment.

2 hours after picking up the car I had to take back . When I did, Gil Lopez tried to tell me it was no big deal and that I should not be upset. I requested a refund on the car or replacement. He refused. I will be calling the general manager tomorrow and lemon law lawyer. I am completely not satisfied. Furthermore I was refused a receipt of my second visit. Brian was not around but the person there refused as did Gil when I demanded written proof of my service. That is against the law and I will be taking action on that front as well. I bought the car on Thursday and have not been able to drive without errors.

When I First arrived I had to wait 45 minutes in line for someone to help me. Unacceptable! When I came back to pick up my $646.22 service the employee that was supposed to get my vehicle said to another employee that he was off and said that someone else should do it. It ended up being that he wasn't off. I offered to go get my vehicle myself but then finally he said " No I Got it " this is how you do service here? After I waited for about 20 minutes for someone to deliver my service vehicle to me that I spent a lot of money on. This is unacceptable and should be fixed immediately. If I was the owner I would have a long talk with my service manager. I was in the market to purchase another Honda from Metro Honda but after this horrible customer service and long wait times I think I will take my business elsewhere. This is not John Garcias fault. He provided good service. It was the lack of sense of urgency in the morning and the service by the employee who was supposed to retrieve my vehicle for pick up..I would appreciate a response ASAP. thank you.
