I was satisfied with the speed in which my car was diagnosed but unhappy with the service John provided. For example, the mechanics discovered my throttle body needed to be cleaned. I asked John how often this should be done and he informed me that it should be done every 30k miles. I informed him that no one at Honda had suggested this service before and he said I have declined services in the past. I looked back at my old Honda receipts and the only services I have declined and not had done at Honda was a break flush, tire replacement, and alignment. I informed John of this when I went to pick up my car and asked him how I can be proactive rather than reactive when it comes to my car maintenance. John informed me to ask about services when I come for routine maintenance. How am I, someone who is not a car mechanic, suppose to know what services to ask about? When I have my oil changed and car inspected I expect the mechanics and service representatives to inform me of work that needs to be performed on my car. Furthermore, it took about 10 minutes for someone to find John who was away from his desk and two other customers were waiting on him. And, I was not given a free car wash code.

I had an appointment at 9:45 am for an oil change. I arrived 5 minutes early. Waited 10 minutes in the service drive to be written up. Then waited nearly 2 hours for my service to be completed. 2 hours for an oil change! C’mon guys! What’s up with that? Never again!!!!!
