I drove straight home from picking up my vehicle and parked it in my driveway. Several hours later I came out and noticed fresh damage on my right front fender. There was fresh stucco still stuck to my vehicle which matched the color of the metro Honda building. At the time that I noticed the damage, it was already past closing time. I can’t imagine that the damage happened anywhere else and the pre inspection form showed no damage in the area in question. I have no hopes in anybody taking responsibility for the damage but just felt that I should let you know. Thank you. I will be servicing my vehicle elsewhere from here on out.

Still trying to figure out How appointments work. Appointment at 7:30a.m. Wasn't checked in until about 8:30.. Finally got my vehicle a little after 11a.m. Thank you for service. But, I never had to wait that long for my car.

Had an appointment still had to wait over 10 minutes to get waited on. Had a issue with fuel pump recall that was done 2 week prior ,but was told I had to wait over 2 hour to get it looked at. Unsatisfactory customer service need more service advisors to have when demands gets high.

I had an appointment at 1:00 pm, we arrived a few minutes early, and we were checked in. However, I was not happy with the fact that I was made to wait a little over 2 hours for an oil change. To make matters worse when my uncle inquired about when the vehicle would be ready, he was told it was ready a long time ago, but the service workers were out to lunch, so that’s why we were not notified. If he had not said anything how much longer would we have been made to wait for a scheduled appointment ? I understand people have to go to lunch, but there should be system put in place were people are not having to wait forever to get their car back. I do appreciate the man outside offering to wash our car since we waited for so long.
