It'd be nice if you had an automated system that would contact you. I was at work today and I couldn't answer my cell phone but if there was something that clearly displayed how much I'd be paying for a service and let us know whether or not the parts are in stock because I had to pick up my car on my lunch break and I didn't have time to really talk to the tech

Since we have a conversion, I asked for a simple lubrication due to our rear strut zirk fitting , we had an appointment, we’re early & willing to wait . The first the tech , could not read our Vin . & charged me 40$ more than needed . The pilot was brought out & sat for 30 min until I brought it to the tech attention. The 40 $ was removed , but we will never bring our pilot to service there again !

Did not get help when I picked up car from John. Was told to go to another desk where no one was working. Told him I already paid for service just wanted to pick up car. Waited a long time then another rep helped me and noticeably was upset that previous worker John did not help. Will not work with him again. He was outside talking with staff.
