My appointment was at 7:15am. I left my vehicle for service and was told the service would be completed approximately 10am. I called around 11:40am and left a message to see if there was any updates on my vehicle. I had no response. At 12:47pm I called again and was sent to voicemail. I had to recall and spoke with the operator and asked to speak to a manager. The operator stated she would leave a note for the manager and he would call me. By 1:40pm I went to the location due to not receiving any callbacks from the manager or employees working there. The employee there stated my paperwork was pushed to another employee and to wait for him to call me. I waited thirty minutes and did not get called. I once again went to the same employee who took my car in at 7:15am and he stated he would locate my paperwork. He did as he stated and said my car had been ready. Very poor service. I demanded to speak with supervisor who said he would “investigate” the incident and call me the following day. I have never seen such poor customer service. The employees could have at least given me updates on my vehicle.
