Gary really showed us his work ethic by understanding & putting him self in our shoes as a customer. It was early in the morning, Gary had the energy to make us feel we were going to have a great experience. He asked how our morning was going & asked were we worked. We told him how we worked graveyard & only was running on 2hrs of sleep. Gary was able to relate to us. He explained to us how he had a job like ours many years ago. He told us the oil change was going to take about an hour & a half. Without us asking him, he was so generous & had our oil change within 30mins. He also did us a first time free service & oil change courtesy. Great customer service!

I am very impressed by the excellent service I received while visiting Metro Honda. Every employee I encountered was genuinely pleasant and helpful. Brian was exceptionally knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. When I called for an update, he was unable to answer and the call went to voicemail. I was very pleased with how promptly he returned my call! Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience, the service I received, and the work performed on my vehicle. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and waited 45 minutes before I was helped by a service agent. I overheard people in front of me say their appointment was 30 minutes after mine and they were still helped in the order they arrived. What is the point in making an appointment if I have to wait 45 minutes to be helped. This made me incredibly late to work and I was extremely annoyed. If I had known service was like this I would not have purchased Honda Care up front to pay for all these oil changes. This is not the first time I have had to wait but was definitely the longest I've ever waited.
